The Florecer program fosters a college-going culture and achieves equity in college access and preparedness for adolescent youth by equipping and empowering students and parents with culturally specific tools to navigate pathways to higher education.

OUR SERVICES
Our services increase the knowledge, trajectory, and preparedness of youth to pursue higher education. Our programs offers comprehensive academic support services, pro-social activities, mentorship, and college readiness programming delivered in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner.

Florecer provides culturally specific innovative solutions to address the structural barriers to educational attainment for historically marginalized communities in Yuma County.

With an intervention program such as FLORECER to guide our youth, a cycle of poverty is broken, educational attainment is improved, and a historically marginalized community flourishes.
